OUR FAB-YOU-US STAFF

Tracie Amaral

Director and Founder

Hi. I'm Tracie -- better known by children throughout New England as "Krazie" Tracie. For as far back as I can remember, I have always had a passion for entertaining, teaching, and celebrating with children. I knew when I "grew-up", which I am still not sure has happened, that my life would be filled with the laughter, energy, and joy that comes with being surrounded by children. My husband Carlos and I married in 2002 and we are now the proud parents to three beautiful, healthy, intelligent, curious, energetic, boys who inspired me to open the Fab-You-Us Family Fun Center. I wanted to spend more time with them and have a place where we and other families could play, get fit, and celebrate together -- a place where children could find their passions and families could spend time together. The Fab-You-Us Family Fun Center has been a dream of mine for many years and something I've always wished to create. I am so excited to finally make my dream a reality.

I earned a B.A. in Communications from Rhode Island College, with a double Minor in Dance for Children, and Psychology. I have extensive and varied experience entertaining, educating, playing, and caring for children of all ages...from infant to adult and have spent most of my professional career being employed with opportunities involving children.

I have been a babysitter/nanny, summer camp counselor, summer camp dance/drama specialist, and a large group activities coordinator. I have been a teacher's aide, After-Care Lead Teacher, and special needs instructional assistant, at both the middle and high school levels. I have also spent several years as a Preschool Lead Teacher helping to create a program and design the facility space from its inception. For the past 11+ years, I have been a full-time dance instructor at a dance studio in Sharon MA teaching all genres from beginner to competitive levels. I created and taught the Summer Fun program, and choreographed many adjudicated and special award winning competition routines and recital performances.

As "Krazie" Tracie, I have entertained at hundreds of birthday parties, as a party clown, providing dance, arts and crafts, indoor and outdoor large group games, music and movement, and so much more for children and families all over New England for over 20 years.

My energy, enthusiasm, and passion comes from my heart and I hope to make Fab-You-Us Family Fun Center a place to gather all of my experience in one location and share it with families in the North Providence community -- and beyond.

Ewa Bogusz

Assistant to the Director

Hi! I'm Ewa (pronounced Eva), mother of two wonderful children ages 8 and 11, and a wife of 14 years. My professional background is concentrated in the business and accounting/taxation field. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Bryant University and also earned my MBA from Johnson & Wales University before becoming a mom. Prior to that I worked at a local gym as childcare staff while parents got fit!

I worked full time and part time in the Benefit Administration field for over 11 years. After 11 years in that field, I took the opportunity to spend some leisure time with my children, which I enjoyed very much and was very thankful for. At my local parish, I continue to volunteer as religious instructor for grades 3 through 6. Seasonally, I work as a tax preparer for a small family business.

Summer 2017 is when it all came together. I had the best summer yet! Tracie and I spent the summer entertaining a wonderful group of children, including our own. I realized that working with children was a great way to spend the day. Their laughter is infectious; their thoughts inquisitive, and their perspective on life carefree. Each child is different and special in their own way. I now have the opportunity to spend my days with children, playing and having fun! It's a wonderful combination between my business background and love of children. I look forward to meeting new people and sharing this experience of parenthood.
